Interestingly, Safari and Chrome seem to lead the way in both speed and compliance to the major web standards. Unfortunately, bringing up the rear with it's brand new browser offering was Microsoft with Internet Explorer 8, which managed to be the slowest on all tests and comprehensively fail the compliance tests.

Well, what a weekend!

For her birthday I thought it might be a good idea to help her overcome a fear of heights by giving her a glider trial flight over Dartmoor at the Dartmoor Gliding Society just north of Tavistock.
